weather - Trevor Scott Barton

thunderstorm

take my hand,

lead me

to your secret place,

lift up your dress,

let me take you

from behind

like a gust

of wind

from the sea

hurricane

crash upon the bed

lose yourself

in space and time,

around

around

up

down

soaked, smiling

in each other’s arms

soft rain

kiss

skin

again,

again,

softly,

tenderly

a breeze

comes into

you,

leaves

twirling down

from trees

in spring showers
